CostEQ is operated by Askhat Seitenov.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we collect the work email address you provide and your answers to three questions about your cloud and AI spend. That's all. We use no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Form processing
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which transmits the message to our email and does not retain it.
Billing data
If you send us billing or usage data for an assessment, we treat it as confidential. We request read-only access only, use it solely to produce your assessment, and delete it on request at any time.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to maintain the client relationship. Email us to request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing askhat.seitenov@costeq.io.
